We are a marketplace
ZangCash Pay connects customers with independent businesses. We are not the seller, landlord, lender, insurer, school, internet provider, or contractor. Every deal is between you and the business. We do not guarantee any price, quote, quality, availability, approval or result, and we are not responsible for what a business says or does.
Verified does not mean guaranteed
We check businesses by hand before they can take requests. That check is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Always do your own checks, read the terms, and keep your receipts.
Rentals and property
View a property in person before you pay any deposit or rent, confirm who owns or manages it, and get a written agreement. Be careful with anyone who asks for money before a viewing.
Phones, laptops and instalments
Check the device, the warranty and the receipt. For instalment plans, make sure you understand the total price, the deposit, the instalments and what happens if you miss a payment.
Fundis and services
Agree the work and the price in advance. We do not inspect or guarantee the work of any fundi or provider.
Home Wi-Fi and courses
Confirm coverage, speeds, installation fees and contract length with the provider. For courses, confirm fees, schedule and certification with the school.
Loans and finance
ZangCash is not a lender, bank or financial adviser, and nothing on this site is financial advice. Loans are offered only by independent lenders that we approve and which must hold the licences Kenyan law requires. We cannot promise that any lender will approve you. Read the full cost, including interest and every fee, before you accept. Never pay an upfront fee to “release” a loan. Borrow only what you can repay.
