About ZangCash Pay
We help Kenyans find what they need, and help honest businesses find customers.
What we do
ZangCash Pay is an online marketplace run by ZangCash Pay Ltd, in Nairobi, Kenya. You tell us what you need: a house, a phone, a fundi, Wi-Fi, a course or a loan. One verified business that can help takes your request and contacts you with a real offer.
How we make money
Customers never pay. Businesses pay a small fee, KSh 25, for each request they choose to take. Agents who bring genuine customers earn up to KSh 5 per completed request, depending on the quality of the lead, and customers earn points when their requests are genuine.
What we promise
- One business per request, so you are not chased by many.
- Businesses are checked by hand before they can take requests.
- Your phone number is shared only with the business that takes your request.
- If nobody contacts you, tell us and we look into it.
What we are not
We are not a lender, landlord, shop, insurer or contractor. We connect you with independent businesses, and you deal with them directly. Please read our Disclaimer.
